About our home
We are a newly established independent living house created to provide more than just a room — we provide a home. We are an unlicensed independent living home. We do not provide personal care, medical, or medication service. We do offer a safe, peaceful, and respectful environment where adults can maintain their independence while being part of a supportive community.
Who we welcome
Adults who are able to care for themselves day to day and are looking for a stable, respectful place to live alongside others. Residents manage their own routines, medications, appointments, and personal care. We hold beds specifically for:
- Veterans — a steady, respectful place to land.
- Individuals in recovery from addiction — sober housing for people committed to staying clean.
- Re-entry residents — people returning from incarceration who need a safe, drug-free address and a fair chance.
A sober home
This is a sober living home. No drugs and no alcohol are permitted on the property or on your person, at any time. We keep clear house rules and they are enforced — that consistency is what keeps this home safe and peaceful for everyone in it.
House rules
- Absolutely no drugs or alcohol on the property or on your person.
- Random and for-cause drug and alcohol screenings are required.
- No violence, threats, harassment, or theft of any kind.
- Respect quiet hours, shared spaces, and other residents' privacy.
- Keep your room and shared areas clean; share in household chores.
- Guests only with prior approval. No overnight visits are permitted.
- No weapons of any kind on the property.
- Rent and fees are paid on time; residents are expected to work, attend school, or pursue a program.
Violation of house rules — especially the sobriety policy — may result in immediate loss of your bed.
What we provide

What we do not provide
- Personal care or assistance with daily living activities
- Medical, nursing, or therapy services
- Medication administration, storage, or reminders
